Born in Yogyakarta on Wednesday of November 5, 1947, from the couple of Journalists since the era of Dutch colonialism - Drs. Soeroto (Scholar of History of UI) & Siti Soemandari. I graduated from Architecture Engineering Faculty of Trisakti University. For about 12 years, worked as planning consultant especially in the field of tourism development, city layout & regional layout as well as transmigration area.
